Greengables Pre Pre-school

April News

Hello everyone!

We hope you had a great Easter break.  The weather was a bit unreliable but at least we got a little bit of sunshine.

We had fun making our Easter crafts and our Spring displays.  The chocolate nests and Easter egg hunt were also a big hit!  Well done for all your hard work with the dressing up outfits for world book day and the crazy Wacky hair styles!

Thank you again for your brilliant fundraising!  So far we have raised £275 in our Smartie tube collection and £96 in our Easter ballot!  Also, a big thank you to our parents/grandparents for supplying the great prizes.  We are very grateful as even the basics, such as paper, have become really expensive, so your great efforts help us buy new resources.  Thank you.

As I’m sure you have noticed our lovely Kariss is expecting a little person of her own.  She will be leaving to go on maternity leave on Friday 3rd May.  We wish her all the best for the future and can’t wait for her to visit with her new baby!

We will be spending a lot of time in our outdoor area during the summer term.  We have everything out there to meet all of our pre-school curriculum needs and more!!  Please remember to send a coat with your child every day as our area doesn’t get much sun.

We have a few upcoming dates for you to remember.
